How the Per-Unit Rate Was Reconstructed

Treating both as (rate × units) + flat fee and solving the two equations together gives a per-unit rate of about ₱2,234 and a flat fee of about ₱16,683. The same method, applied to Industrial Engineering (16 lecture + 3 lab units, ₱68,089) and Medical Technology (21 lecture + 4 lab units, ₱84,723), isolates an approximate flat lab fee for each — which is where the Engineering and Health Sciences tiers below come from.
